Many steakhouses boast a great lineup of quality steaks, and Giancarlo’s is no exception. But what sets Giancarlo’s apart is our preparation and presentation. Giancarlo’s only uses USDA Prime, Certified Angus, or Wagyu beef - all trimmed to very rigid specifications. After light seasoning, we cook our steaks in a 1400° broiler to create a beautifully charred exterior with a tender interior served perfectly at the desired temperature. A Giancarlo’s steak dinner is completed with our uniquely prepared side dishes.
